WHAT ARE YOUR T-SHIRTS MADE OF AND HOW ARE THEY PRINTED?
All t-shirts are made of 100% cotton and all heather colored clothing is made of 90% cotton and 10% polyester. T-shirts are printed, hand painted and stenciled using waterbased inks (except for specialty inks such as puffy and glitter) for flexibilty, washability and to prevent cracking.
HOW DO YOU CUSTOMIZE YOUR FOOTWEAR AND WILL IT HOLD UP AGAINST NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR INCLUDING THE ELEMENTS?
All footwear is prepared before paint using an extensive cleaning and prepping process to ensure complete paint bondage to the shoe creating a bond that feels, looks, and wears just like the original products paint job straight from the factory. Canvas shoes are painted using a soft waterbase paint that will hold up to the elements. Leather shoes are painted using a special waterbased paint that bonds to the shoe and creates a seal making the shoe wearable in rain, sleet, hail, snow, and dirt, because the shoes are considered "wearable art" it is not recommended to put the shoes in such elements on a regular bases includind everyday wear. If you choose to wear the shoes everyday they will hold up superbly, look at it and treat it as a you would a Ferrari you wouldn't drive it everyday and all day through the elements, but knowing that the option is there gives you a peice of mind.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship everything USPS through Priority & First Class Mail (most international orders go First Class International). Packages weighing 14 ounces or more (2-3 shirts and/or hoody) are shipped priority, everything under goes First Class. Orders take 1-2 days to process, plus transit time. Transit time for Priority is 2-3 business days, First Class is about 2-5 business days, and First Class International can be 8-14 business days. All orders paid with an eCheck will ship once cleared. Any orders totaling $50 or more may ask for signature confirmation (must be home to sign for your package) to be added to their order, this will not be added unless requested. No Returns on custom private/commissioned orders.
Returns will be processed after the items are inspected and declared in their original condition. Please allow 3 business days from when it is delivered for your return to be processed.
You may return an item within the first 14 days after receipt so long as the items are in the original condition for a full refund, this excludes bargain items.
You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item.
Items bought at 40% off or over are eligible only for exchanges, unless noted in the product description. Items marked clearance cannot be returned.
No refunds are available for sale items – only exchange.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
A separate box should be used to ship shoes/sneakers back with the original box inside. The original shoe box cannot be used as packaging for shipping.
Items worn, with stains cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, Flight Of Fancy/Univer Soles will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.
Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.
